In 2011, Building One Community - The Center for Immigrant Opportunity opened its doors to become a welcoming point of entry for newcomers from all parts of the world. B1C's mission is to bring passionate people together to help immigrants and their families succeed in the community. We engage the community in our work and in ongoing dialogue about the benefits and challenges immigrants bring to our community. In less than 6 years, we have helped over 6,000 immigrants from 55 different countries.
