Able & Strong Law, Inc. primarily serves people with disabilities and their families. We help families obtain guardianship and conservatorship when their disabled child reaches the age of majority, or when family members become incapacitated through traumatic brain injury, Alzheimer's or dementia, or some other malady. We also help these families apply for their entitled government benefits, such as Social Security Disability, Supplemental Security Income, Medicaid, and Medicare. After obtaining government benefits it can be critical for families to establish a special needs trust in order to protect their benefits or assets, and we help with that too.
