Job Description and Duties:Under the general direction of the Director and Attorney Supervisor of the Workplace Conduct Unit (WCU), the WCU Investigator is responsible for intake and investigations of complaints from persons covered by the Legislature's Policy on Appropriate Workplace Conduct related to harassment, discrimination, and retaliation. The WCU Investigator's primary role is assessing complaints to determine if they fall within the jurisdiction of the WCU and investigating complaints determined to fall within the WCU's jurisdiction. Incumbents are experienced attorneys with the expertise necessary to capably perform complex and sensitive work with broad discretion and minimal supervision.
