Workers' Compensation Cases:
- Represent clients in hearings with Benefit Review Officers and Administrative Law Judges at the Division of Workers' Compensation.
- Ensure compliance with all state regulations and deadlines while maintaining strong advocacy for clients throughout the workers' compensation process.
- Monitor and ensure that clients are receiving appropriate Temporary Income Benefits (TIBs) or Impairment Income Benefits (IIBs) for their work-related injuries.
- Prepare and submit Designated Doctor Examination (DDE) requests to the Division of Workers' Compensation of Texas.
- Represent clients in auto accidents, premises liability, and other negligence-related personal injury matters.
- Conduct client intake, case evaluation, and strategy development.
- Draft and file pleadings, motions, and discovery requests while ensuring compliance with court deadlines.
- Negotiate with insurance companies and defense counsel to secure fair settlements.
- Speak with clients and their medical providers regarding treatment progress, ensuring consistency in medical care and documenting treatment for case development.
