Description:
Rossi Law Group is hiring associate attorneys for our workers' compensation defense practice. You'll work alongside an experienced team of senior attorneys, with the support and mentorship that comes with it.What You'll Do:
- Handle full claim defense from assignment through resolution
- Appear at WCAB hearings and trials
- Take and defend depositions
- Evaluate cases and claims, including medical record review
- Support other defense tasks as they arise
- Cases are assigned with an eye toward your experience and your preferences.
What We're Looking For:
- Active California bar license in good standing
- Strong research and writing skills
- Confident oral advocacy
- Sound judgment and a firm commitment to ethical practice
- Must reside in California
Compensation:
$115,000 – $165,000 annually, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
The billable requirement is 8 hours per business day, less vacation, sick leave, and 10 paid holidays — approximately 152–184 hours per month depending on the calendar. Hours billed beyond that requirement earn bonus compensation, so attorneys who want to do more are paid for it.
