Description:

An Insurance Company is seeking an experienced workers' compensation defense attorney to join its in-house legal department. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of California workers' compensation law, excellent communication, negotiation, deposition and litigation skills, and recent trial experience.

Required Qualifications:

Law degree (JD or LLM) from an accredited law school.
Active California State Bar membership.
A minimum of 10 years of experience defending workers' compensation cases at the San Diego District Office of the California Workers' Compensation Appeals Board.
