Job Description:Position Summary:
Ogletree's Cleveland office has an opportunity for an experienced workers' compensation defense attorney to join the firm's expanding practice. This role will be responsible for defending claims from inception to final resolution, including administrative hearings, Violation of Specific Safety Requirement (“VSSR”) claims, and litigation including appeals. Qualified candidates must be able to serve as lead counsel on multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

This non-shareholder track position is benefits eligible.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor. Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law in Ohio and in good standing. During employment, must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice.
- 3+ years of Worker's Compensation defense experience is required.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent presentation skills.
