Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of workers' compensation claims from inception through resolution, including investigation, negotiation, and litigation.
Provide clear legal advice to clients regarding their rights, obligations, and potential outcomes related to workers' compensation laws.
Prepare and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to procedural law requirements.
Supervise daily operations of the legal case management team, ensuring timely processing and accurate documentation of Worker's Compensation
Coordinate with attorneys and paralegals to prioritize caseloads, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet firm deadlines.
Oversee the review and organization of legal documents using document management system.
Maintain comprehensive case files through meticulous data entry, filing, and document review while ensuring confidentiality and security protocols are followed.
Provide executive administrative support by coordinating meetings, managing calendars, and handling administrative tasks related to legal case workflows.
