We're looking for a Workers' Compensation Attorney who knows how to advocate, knows how to communicate, and isn't afraid to fight when fighting is what the client needs.

What You'll Do:
As a Workers' Compensation Attorney at LaBovick Law Group, you'll manage and advocate for injured workers throughout the lifecycle of their claims.

You'll be expected to:

Manage a caseload of Florida workers' compensation matters from intake through resolution.
Develop case strategy and proactively move cases forward rather than waiting for the next deadline.
Counsel clients regarding their rights, options, risks, and expectations throughout the process.
Conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and other proceedings.
Prepare petitions, motions, discovery, legal correspondence, and other case-related documents.
Negotiate strategically with opposing counsel, carriers, and other parties.
Identify opportunities to maximize outcomes for our clients.
Maintain strong, consistent client communication.
Work collaboratively with paralegals, legal assistants, leadership, and other practice areas.
Maintain accurate case information, documentation, deadlines, and reporting.
Take ownership of your cases and your results.

Most importantly, you'll make sure our clients know they have someone in their corner.

Have experience handling Florida workers' compensation matters.
Understand the Florida workers' compensation system and can independently manage cases.

Can manage competing deadlines without sacrificing quality.
Are coachable and willing to continuously improve.

Plaintiff-side workers' compensation experience is strongly preferred.
