Minimum Qualifications: J.D. from recognized law school accredited by the American Bar Association and a member of the Florida Bar. Must be highly organized, detail oriented and possess exceptional communication, analytical and writing skills.brief description of duties: Professional legal work providing counsel and representation to clients for both civil liability and workers' compensation cases. Conduct legal research and analysis of applicable statutes. Develop strategies, evidence, and arguments in preparation for trial. Prepare a variety of legal documents such as discovery requests and responses, pleadings, subpoenas, and medical composites. Use computer programs, document management systems and other technology to enhance job performance.
