George Sink Injury Lawyers are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workers' Compensation Attorney to join our growing legal team. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in managing complex workers' compensation claims and must be actively licensed to practice law in South Carolina.

Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of workers' compensation claims, from initial intake through resolution, including hearings, depositions, and appeals.
Conduct thorough legal research on statutes, regulations, and case law related to workers' compensation law and other relevant areas such as personal injury law.
Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and correspondence that clearly articulate clients' positions.
Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers, employers, and other parties to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
Prepare for trial by gathering evidence, coordinating expert witnesses, and developing case strategies aligned with litigation best practices.
Represent clients at court depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials with vigorous advocacy and professionalism.
Maintain detailed case management records using Litify.
Communicate effectively with clients to keep them informed about case progress and legal options while providing empathetic support throughout the process.

Experience:

Proven experience practicing workers' compensation law with a strong understanding of statutory legal research and procedural law knowledge.
Demonstrated ability in personal injury case management, trial preparation, legal motion preparation, and litigation strategies.
Skilled in negotiation tactics that lead to successful settlements while maintaining client satisfaction.
Prior law office experience involving client communication, legal writing, contract drafting, and legal administrative tasks is highly valued.
Strong writing skills combined with the ability to prepare compelling legal motions and conduct comprehensive statutory research ensure thorough representation.
