The Lancaster Office is looking for an experienced Workers' Compensation Attorney to join our growing team.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues.
  • draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and agreements.
  • represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and mediations.
  • collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases.
  • maintain billable hours as necessary.
  • manage client relationships and a caseload with supervision.
  • assist in the representation of clients in motion practice, conferences, mediations, and trial when and where necessary.

Position Requirements:
  • Must have a JD degree from an ABA-approved law school and maintain an active license in good standing in Pennsylvania.
  • At least 7 years of direct PA workers' compensation experience and the ability to handle all aspects of the workers' compensation litigation process required; 10+ years of WC experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, ProLaw, Excel, and e-document management software preferred.
  • Must be a self-motivated independent thinker with excellent time management skills, strong organizational skills, and outstanding communication skills with the ability to work as a team member in a high-volume fast paced work environment.
