Description:

Minimum Qualifications: J.D. from recognized law school accredited by the American Bar Association and a member of the Florida Bar. Must be highly organized, detail oriented and possess exceptional communication, analytical and writing skills.

Brief Description of Duties: Workers' compensation/insurance defense. Conduct legal research and analysis of applicable statutes. Develop strategies, evidence, and arguments in preparation for trial. Prepare a variety of legal documents such as discovery requests and responses, pleadings, subpoenas, and medical composites. Uses computer programs and document management systems and takes advantage of technology to enhance job performance. Organizes and electronically maintains case files. Maintains the firm's core values of honesty, integrity, accountability, teamwork, diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, and client commitment in order to support a positive work environment.
