Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented attorney to handle a caseload of Colorado workers' compensation matters from initial consultation through resolution. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation skills, a client-first mindset, and experience navigating the Colorado's workers' compensation system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a full caseload of workers' compensation claims
  • Represent clients at hearings, mediations, and depositions
  • Communicate regularly with clients regarding case status and strategy
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence
  • Conduct legal research and case analysis
  • Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and insurance carriers
  • Ensure compliance with Colorado Division of Workers' Compensation procedures
  • Collaborate with staff, paralegals, and other attorneys

Qualifications:
  • Active license to practice law in Colorado (required)
  • 2+ years of experience in workers' compensation or related litigation
  • Strong knowledge of Colorado workers' compensation laws and procedures
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
  • Strong negotiation and courtroom advocacy skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience representing injured workers (plaintiff side)
  • Trial or hearing experience before administrative law judges
  • Bilingual (Spanish preferred but not required)
