  • Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on complex cases involving personal injury law.
  • Stay updated on changes in workers' compensation laws and regulations to provide informed advice to clients.
  • Participate in hearings and trials, presenting compelling arguments to support client claims.

Basic Qualifications:
