What You'll Do:
- Manage Workers' Compensation Defense Cases from Start to Resolution
- Draft Pleadings, Motions, Legal Correspondence, and Reports
- Conduct Legal Research and Case Analysis
- Represent Clients in Hearings, Mediation, Depositions, and Proceedings
- Communicate Directly with Insurance Carriers, Employers, and Clients
- Collaborate with Senior Attorneys on Case Strategy and Execution
What We're Looking For:
- Litigation Experience (workers' Compensation Defense Strongly Preferred)
- Insurance Defense Experience Is a Plus
- Strong Legal Writing, Analytical, and Communication Skills
- Ability to Manage Deadlines and Multiple Active Cases
- Licensed and In Good Standing with The State Bar of Nevada
