If you have 3 or more year's wills & estate experience are a highly motivated self-starter, possess strong writing skills and like extensive client contact, we might be the right fit for you.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Advise clients concerning Elder Law, Trusts, & Estate matters.
- Draft and review legal documents, such as wills, trusts, and advanced directives.
- Virtually/In-person conduct estate planning consultations.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor
- Detailed knowledge of Wills & Estate Laws.
- Self-motivated, organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to ask pertinent questions, actively listen to answers and synthesize information in order to formulate advice based on sound judgment and strong knowledge of the law and legal precedence.
