We have an immediate opening for a Government Investigations/White Collar Senior Associate with six to eight years of experience preferred. This particular position will also work closely in our Human Trafficking Compliance group and to represent survivors within our Human Trafficking Pro Bono Legal Clinic. We will consider candidates for any of our offices including our virtual office, The Link.

The candidate should have a background in both criminal and civil litigation work and experience defending corporate clients in federal government investigations. Conducting supply chain investigations and audits along with internal investigations for companies and drafting and reviewing compliance programs and policies is also desired. A background or interest in the agriculture or food industries is a plus. Experience dealing with corporate governance issues is also preferred.

The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials, a commitment to the community, superior interpersonal skills and a demonstrated record of working well under pressure. The candidate should demonstrate exceptional judgment, the ability to effectively handle multiple projects, and the ability to articulate legal strategies and courses of action. Candidates should have an active bar license in the state corresponding with the office to which they are applying or commit to obtaining one as soon as possible. Pursuant to applicable state laws, the compensation range for this position in New York, Vermont, and Washington, D.C. is $260,000 - $300,000, in California, Colorado, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, and Washington only is $250,000 - $300,000, in Illinois is $235,000 to $300,000, and in Minnesota is $235,000 to $290,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Salaries in all other markets will vary depending on market data. Associates are eligible for an Associate Performance Bonus and Client Development Bonus.
