Hiller Comerford Injury & Disability Law, PLLC is seeking an attorney to join our Veterans Department. This candidate will handle all aspects of Veterans Disability claims which involve significant interaction with clients, preparing cases and representing clients at administrative hearings. Candidates must have excellent writing, computer, and communication skills. Extensive training is provided. Most attorneys choose to work remotely upon completion of training. A Buffalo, NY based attorney is preferred.A competitive salary and a generous benefits package is offered. Admission to a state bar is required, but candidates waiting on bar admission may apply. VA Accreditation and PIV Card are preferred, but not required.
