Requirements:
  • Ability to demonstrate an unwavering commitment to exceptional client service and developing long-term client relationships.
  • Experience in estate and trust planning, including excellent tax research, legal document drafting with accuracy and efficiency; preparing and reviewing estate tax returns, gift tax returns, and trust income tax returns is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team of attorneys and professional staff in handling sophisticated and complex estate planning, tax planning, and probate and trust administration matters with high-net-worth clients.
  • Possess an enthusiastic attitude with demonstrated initiative, reliability, and an exceptional drive for results.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Taxation LL.M. is strongly preferred, but the lack of an LL.M. can be substituted with the right depth of experience.
  • JD from an ABA-accredited law school, and Florida Bar Admission or willingness to sit for The Florida Bar exam in the near future is required.
