Role Description:
This is a full-time role for a Trusts and Estates Attorney at Business & Corporate Lawyers. The attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance related to trusts and estates matters, including planning and administration. The role is primarily based in Royal Oak, MI, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications:

Background in Trusts and Estates Law, including tax law, probate, and estate planning best practices
Excellent drafting skills for creating wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents
Experience in administering estates, including decedent/probate estates, trust administration, and guardianship/conservatorship matters
Ability to advise clients on wealth preservation and succession planning
Great attention to detail and organizational skills
Can-do attitude, self-starter, takes initiative, team player is a must
Commitment to continuing education to stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting estate planning
Looking to work collaboratively with fellow attorneys and support staff
