Description:

About Us:
For nearly 30 years, our firm has helped families and fiduciaries protect what matters most. We are more than just a law firm — we are a team that values collaboration, mentorship, and client care. We handle everything from estate planning to high-stakes trust and estate litigation, always with a people-first approach.

Why This Role?
If you are looking for a place where you can:
  • Take on meaningful trial and mediation work
  • Be supported by a collegial, professional team
  • Build your own book of business with real origination credit, and
  • Work toward partnership in a firm that values growth and culture…

…this role is designed for you.

What You'll Do:
  • Represent clients in trust and estate disputes — contested conservatorships, will and trust contests, breach of duty cases, elder abuse litigation.
  • Lead cases in probate court, mediation, and trial.
  • Work alongside experienced partners while mentoring junior attorneys and staff.
  • Develop client relationships and contribute to firm growth.

What We're Looking For:
  • California-licensed attorney with 5+ years of trusts and estates litigation experience.
  • Confident in the courtroom and skilled in mediation.
  • Strong writer, communicator, and strategist.
  • A team player who thrives in a supportive, growth-focused environment.

Compensation & Growth Path
We want your hard work and dedication to pay off:
  • Base Salary: $140,000 – $180,000 annually, depending on experience.
  • Origination Bonus: Earn 10% of collected fees from cases you originate, paid quarterly.
  • Productivity Bonus: Bill more than 1,800 hours annually, and you'll receive a 10% bonus on collected fees tied to those excess hours.
  • Discretionary Bonus: Additional annual bonuses (5–10% of base) recognizing client service, teamwork, and firm contributions.
  • Growth Track: Consistently strong performers are considered for profit-sharing or partnership opportunities after 5 years.

Here, your career growth matters as much as your billable hours. We want attorneys who see this as more than just a job — but a long-term home where they can thrive.
