You will have matters of your own and real client contact almost from day one, with experienced litigators beside you.

What you will do:
Litigate. You will draft petitions, objections, motions, discovery and other pleadings, take and defend depositions, appear at hearings and mediations, and, as your confidence grows, second chair and then lead trials. Our focus is trust, estate, probate, conservatorship and real property disputes, work that is rarely boring and often high stakes for the families involved. Our practice also includes trust administration, sometimes called "litigation light," and estate planning, so you will see the whole picture.

Who You Are:

Admitted to the California bar with up to 4 years of experience
Passionate about litigating disputes and eager for courtroom time
Team driven, curious and ready to take ownership of your matters
Experience with trusts, estates, probate, tax or real property is a plus, but we will teach the right candidate the substantive law
