Description:
We are currently seeking a mid to senior level associate to support our Trust and Estate Litigation practice group in our Portland, Oregon, Los Angeles, or Orange County offices. This group has extensive experience representing individual, professional, and corporate fiduciaries and beneficiaries in the full panoply of contested Trust and Estate matters.In this role, you will be assisting with all aspects of litigation, including drafting of petitions, drafting discovery, taking depositions, making court appearances and trial. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in this specific practice area (trust, estate, conservatorship, guardianship, and elder abuse litigation), along with significant experience handling probate and trust litigation before Oregon circuit courts with probate jurisdiction and California probate courts. Related administrative and drafting experience involving trusts and estate plans is a plus. Candidates must be licensed to practice in Oregon (required); California bar admission strongly preferred due to the nature of the practice.

Pay Scale: The reasonably expected pay scale for this position is $160-$230k, with bonus potential of up to $106,000. This is an employer estimate and the salary offered within that range, and the potential for bonus and bonus amount, will depend on candidate's years of practice and experience and performance.
