Job Overview: *Must be Member of California State Bar in good standing*Are you a motivated and detail-oriented Estate Planning and Trust Administration Attorney? We want you to join our growing trust administration and estate planning team. This role is ideal for a junior to mid-level attorney passionate about helping families secure their legacies. You'll gain hands-on experience in estate planning, trust administration, and probate while being supported by a collaborative and experienced team.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to provide thoughtful, personalized trust administration and estate planning guidance
- Conduct legal research using CEB and apply findings to estate matters
- Represent clients in probate and trust administration proceedings, including court appearances
- Collaborate with other attorneys and team members to develop strategies for complex cases
- Draft, review, and revise estate plans, trust documents, wills, and court petitions
- Efficiently manage multiple client matters and deadlines simultaneously
- Utilize our software tools to maintain case and client details
- Accurately record billable time and assist with invoicing when needed
- Provide legal opinions and stay current with changes in estate and elder law
Requirements:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in the California Bar
- Minimum of 3 years of legal experience required; prior experience in estate planning, probate, trust administration, or conservatorships is strongly preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Familiarity with legal practice management software and research tools. Experience with Clio, Lawmatics, Microsoft Office Suite, and/ Smartsheet is a plus
- Willingness to attend court hearings and in-person client meetings as needed
- Additional language proficiency (Spanish, Mandarin, Hindi, Vietnamese, Urdu, etc.) is a plus
This full-time role is based in Milpitas, CA. Hybrid flexibility may be considered after six months, depending on performance, client needs and case assignments.
Full time remote attorneys may be considered, depending on experience.
