Description:
Position Overview:We are seeking a lateral level (business not required or expected) Partner or Senior Counsel with 8+ years of experience in general casualty tort defense. The ideal candidate will have first or second chair trial experience and be adept at managing a docket of 25-35 litigated, high-exposure defense cases.
Requirements:
- Active in good standing California Bar membership (Required)
- Extensive experience in general casualty tort litigation
- Some trial experience (first or second chair)—more important to have strong case management and litigation strategy skills
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: $200,000 – $300,000 per year
