We are seeking to fill a Staff Attorney position located at the Orange County Courthouse in Orlando. Remote work up to five days per week is available after 90 days of satisfactory performance.
Our Staff Attorneys serve alongside our judges. Staff attorneys have a unique opportunity to learn about the judicial process from the perspective of a court; to learn how the court evaluates cases, pleadings, and arguments; to develop a more comprehensive understanding of what is persuasive and what is not; to attend court proceedings and observe varying levels of advocacy skill; and to improve their legal research and writing abilities – all while working with some of the top legal minds of our community.
