The Dallas office of A Full Service Litigation Law Firm is seeking an experienced attorney with construction defect/insurance defense experience. The ideal candidate will have 2-plus years of experience in construction litigation. This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary. Our attorneys have extensive experience in the construction industry.Job Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of litigation, including motion practice, research, legal briefing, depositions, and trial preparation;
- Represent clients in court proceedings;
- Draft legal documents, pleadings, and contracts;
- Provide legal advice to clients;
- Participate in client meetings, case strategy sessions, and other activities.
Qualifications:
- Must be an active member of the Texas Bar
- 2-plus years of experience in construction litigation preferred
- Must have strong research, writing, and communication skills
- Must possess excellent organizational skills and be detail-oriented
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
