Description:

This Is a Trial Lawyer Position. Period.

We are a plaintiff-side personal injury litigation firm looking for a battle-tested Trial Attorney who is ready to take cases to verdict. If you live for the courtroom, know your way around a voir dire, and don't flinch at expert depositions or motion hearings, keep reading.

If your experience stops at pre-lit or settlement negotiations, this role is not for you.

What You'll Do:
  • Own a litigation docket from suit through verdict
  • First-chair or lead critical phases of jury trials
  • Take and defend depositions (fact witnesses, experts, corporate reps)
  • Draft and argue dispositive motions and evidentiary motions
  • Develop case themes, trial strategy, and damages narratives
  • Handle mediations with authority and leverage
  • Go head-to-head with insurance defense counsel — and win
  • Work alongside a team that expects cases to be tried, not dumped

What We're Looking For:
  • Active Texas Bar license (in good standing)
  • Proven personal injury litigation experience
  • Real trial experience required (first-chair or substantial second-chair)
  • Deep understanding of Texas Rules of Civil Procedure & Evidence
  • Confidence in court, command of the room, and credibility with juries
  • Strong writing, sharper oral advocacy
  • Self-directed, deadline-driven, and accountable

Bonus Points (Not Required)
  • 3+ years of PI litigation
  • Jury verdicts in Texas
  • Trucking, catastrophic injury, or complex liability experience
  • Board Certification in Personal Injury Trial Law

What we offer:
  • Competitive, experience-based compensation
  • Performance bonuses tied to results — not file volume
  • Litigation support staff that actually supports litigation
  • The autonomy to try cases the right way
  • A firm culture that prepares every case for trial
  • Long-term growth for attorneys who want to build a trial career

Bottom Line
If you're a plaintiff-side litigator who wants real courtroom work, meaningful responsibility, and a firm that doesn't blink when a case needs to be tried — we want to hear from you.
