Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of trial attorneys for trial readiness, motion practice, quality depositions, mediations, and attorney retention
- Oversee litigation strategy and ensure case quality across team portfolios
- Knowledge and skill to enforce Firm policies and procedures
- Collaborate with executive leadership to drive operational success and client satisfaction
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing litigation teams and attorneys
- Demonstrated leadership and strategic thinking in high-volume environments
- Proven litigation experience
- Has tried cases to verdict
- Able to provide list of cases tried to verdict
- Able to manage attorney for trial readiness, motion practice, quality depositions, mediations, and attorney retention
