Key Responsibilities:

Drafting, reviewing, and responding to discovery requests
Preparing and responding to motions and legal memoranda
Conducting and defending depositions
Making court appearances
Engaging with clients, attorneys, and witnesses
Performing thorough legal research
Conducting medical analysis and review
Writing detailed case analyses and client reports
Attending trials as second chair

Qualifications:

5-7 years of experience in civil litigation
Admission to the Missouri Bar
Admission to the Illinois Bar (preferred but not required)
Strong ability to write and present well-reasoned legal arguments
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership in task execution
Proven ability to manage and prioritize a complex caseload
Effective team player with a strong work ethic
