An Insurance Defense Litigation Law Firm is searching for a Trial Attorney to join our Liability Group in any of our Tampa, Orlando or Fort Lauderdale offices. This is a truly unique opportunity for an experienced attorney to handle auto negligence and premises liability cases from inception through trial. The Trial Attorney will manage associates and staff, as well as serve as point of contact with clients. Candidates should have a minimum of 4-10 years of trial experience, preferably in insurance defense.Key Responsibilities include:
- Serve as lead trial counsel
- Oversee file assignments from initial service through discovery and prepare them for trial
- Support client expectations
- Manage expert witness assignments
- Oversee the work of associates and staff on assigned cases
- Participate in firm management and firm decisions, as needed
