- Prepare cases for trial from intake through discovery
- Obtain and analyze evidence and secure expert opinions
- Negotiate settlements
- Draft and review pleadings, conduct discovery, conduct and defend depositions, attend court conferences, prepare for, and appear in, arbitrations, mediations, and trials.
- Work with Case Managers to manage your caseload
Qualifications:
- Significant litigation and trial experience
- Ability to demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate compassionate and empathic customer service skills
- Member of the Massachusetts Bar in good standing
