PKS Law Group, P.C. is a rapidly growing California law firm seeking a motivated Trial Attorney to join our expanding real estate practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a new or early-career attorney who is looking for hands-on litigation experience and the opportunity to work directly with experienced practitioners in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Practice Areas:
The successful candidate will assist with litigation and counseling in a variety of landlord-tenant and real estate matters, including:

Residential and commercial unlawful detainer actions
Fair housing compliance and litigation
Affordable housing matters
Rent control issues
Business and commercial real estate disputes
Court appearances throughout California will be required.

Experience & Qualifications:

1–3 years of legal experience preferred
Experience or interest in unlawful detainer, fair housing, or real estate law is a plus
Active membership in the California State Bar required
