What You'll Do
You'll Be Lead Counsel on 30-40 Cases at A Time and Own Them from The First Client Call Through Verdict, Settlement, and Closing. in A Given Week, You'll:

Build the Strategy, Trial Plan, and Action Plan for Every Case on Your Docket so None of Them Drifts.
Draft and Argue the Motions, Pleadings, and Orders that Move Cases Forward.
Run Discovery, Take and Defend Depositions, and Work with Experts to Build the Evidence.
Prepare for And Lead Mediations and Trials. Our Goal Is at Least Two Resolutions a Month.
Lead Your Own Paralegal Team: Assign Work, Review It, Teach, and Hold Weekly Case Conferences so Everyone Knows the Next Move.
Stay Close to Clients. Every Family Hears from Us at Least Every Two Weeks, and Every Message Gets a Response Within Two Business Days.
Join Intake Calls with Potential New Clients, and Sit in On Weekly Strategy and Attorney Training Meetings.

Who You Are
This Role Runs on Heart and On Precision. Here's What Matters to Us:

You're Licensed to Practice in Texas and Have 5+ Years of Civil Litigation Experience, Ideally in Plaintiff Personal Injury.
You Want to Be in The Courtroom. You've Taken Depositions, Argued Motions, and You're Ready to Try Cases.
You're Organized and You Own Your Deadlines. 100% of Them, Every Time.
