About Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP
For over a century, Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP (Davis Graham) has ranked among the region's most prominent law firms, consistently offering quality legal services to emerging and established businesses of the Rocky Mountain West. Davis Graham serves clients nationally and internationally, with a strong focus on corporate finance and governance, mergers and acquisitions, natural resources, environmental law, real estate, intellectual property, and complex litigation. Our lawyers have experience working with companies in the energy, mining, technology, hospitality, private equity, manufacturing, asset management, and aviation industries.

Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP is seeking a highly qualified trial associate with 3-5 years of experience to contribute to its thriving litigation practice. Applicants should have experience and continued interest in complex business litigation. Qualified candidates will have demonstrated experience in all aspects of litigation, including complex discovery, motions practice, deposition experience, case management, and superior client service. Applicants must have excellent writing and advocacy skills as well as stellar academic credentials. Judicial clerkship and/or law review a plus, as is large or sophisticated boutique law firm experience. Colorado license preferred. Candidates must have a J.D. from an accredited law school.
