We are a place to inspire your work, build your voice, and grow your community. We're different. And we're proud of it.

In the role of Transactional Attorney (“Attorney”), you will be responsible for working with numerous SEI business teams and other members of the Legal & Compliance Department to structure, draft, negotiate and manage the execution of commercial contracts on behalf of the SEI group of companies. You will work closely with internal product and operations teams, new business development teams, client relationship teams, and executives in various business and competency units to support their efforts while also ensuring such parties' adherence to applicable standards and procedures. In addition, you will deal directly with third parties, such as clients and vendors, while representing SEI's interests. Experience with technology transfer transactions and related issues will be a strong differentiator for potential candidates.
