We are currently seeking an experienced Transactional Attorney with a Portable Book of Business. Candidates can work out of any of our offices located in Orlando/ Fort Lauderdale/ Lake Worth/ Tampa. Must have a portable book business.

Compensation:
Base salary $90,000 – $130,000 commensurate based on experience. Bar Dues and CLEs provided by the law firm, commission on cases brought into our firm for any area of law that we handle (minus PIP), plus a percentage of the transactional division.
Responsibilities:
Handling a wide range of commercial, corporate, and real estate matters, with a focus on commercial and corporate transactions. Draft and negotiate documents relating to the full spectrum of general corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, commercial and residential real estate transactions. Give legal advice to clients on corporate governance, policies, procedures, finances, intellectual property, operations, and regulatory issues, and guide them towards best practices in corporate law regulation compliance. Analyze the legal risk and legal rights of various company structures, and make recommendations for corporation, joint venture, limited partnership, and limited liability company options.
Qualifications:
License to practice law in the State of Florida in accordance with the Florida Bar Association. Great attorney work ethic.
