Nooney & Solay is a busy and fast-paced law firm seeking a motivated attorney with approximately 2–5 years of experience to join our transactional practice. This position offers substantial client contact, meaningful responsibility, and the opportunity to work on sophisticated matters in a collaborative environment.Our transactional practice group focuses primarily on:
- Estate Planning, Probate, and Trust Administration
- Business Formation, Governance, and Transactions
- Real Estate Transactions
- Commercial Contracts and General Business Counseling
- The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing matters independently while also collaborating closely with attorneys and staff. Strong drafting skills, attention to detail, practical problem-solving abilities, and excellent client service are essential.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in South Dakota, or willing and eligible to obtain South Dakota licensure within a reasonable period following hire
- 2–5 years of experience in one or more transactional practice areas
- Strong legal research, writing, and drafting skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines efficiently
- Desire to build client relationships and contribute to firm growth
