This role is ideal for an attorney who enjoys advising clients, solving practical legal issues, and building long-term relationships with homeowner association boards and community managers.

The Role:
The attorney will advise clients on matters involving:
  • Davis-Stirling Act compliance
  • Governing document interpretation and enforcement
  • Board governance and elections
  • Contract drafting and review
  • Fair Housing and disability accommodations
  • Maintenance, repair, and assessment issues
  • General counsel matters

Qualifications:
  • Active California Bar license in good standing
  • Experience in community association, real estate, corporate, transactional, or related law preferred
  • Strong writing, judgment, communication, and client-service skills
  • Commitment to teamwork, professionalism, and practical problem-solving
