Transactional Attorney Full Time Charlotte or Raleigh NC

Duties:

Drafting contracts, legal due diligence, managing closing process, negotiating with counterparties
Effectively communicate using legal software. Deal Team interaction.
Have excellent client care skills.
Collaborate with clients and other professionals to offer guidance and efficient solutions
Communicate with clients and counterpart attorneys
Work with firm attorneys as a team

Experience/ Qualifications:

Must have an active law license in North Carolina in good standing.
Being barred in states other than North Carolina is a plus
Minimum 5 years of transactional attorney experience.
Independent, self-starting, and self-motivated
Superior written/verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and within a team environment are a must
Exceptional organization skills
Proven ability to meet stringent deadlines, adapt to changing priorities, and balance multiple tasks while operating in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Ability to think strategically and analytically
Confident and skilled in being the lead attorney on a complex transaction
Effectively present information and respond to questions or challenges both in writing and in person
