A Law Firm in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an ambitious, full-time, transactional associate to work with its corporate, real estate and healthcare groups on a wide range of commercial, real estate, corporate and healthcare transactions. The position will include all facets of corporate, real estate and healthcare practice, including research and writing, drafting and negotiation of contracts, and working on merger and acquisition matters.The ideal candidate will have: strong academic credentials from an ABA accredited law school; admission or eligibility for admission to the Arizona State Bar; excellent research, analytical, organizational, writing and communication skills; and a demonstrated commitment to practice in the corporate and transactions area. Work hours may vary depending on project requirements and deadlines. Compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience.
