The San Francisco office of Fisher Phillips seeks an associate with 2-5 years of traditional labor experience. The ideal candidate will have collective bargaining and contract administration experience, including grievance arbitration experience. Prior experience defending and prosecuting unfair labor practice charges before the National Labor Relations Board is preferred. Candidate with some employment litigation will be considered.We know what factors are needed to provide excellent client service to our internal and external clients. This means we are looking for attorneys with excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, commitment to and empathy for their fellow team members, and a relentless commitment to growth and client service. Admission to the California Bar and a JD from an ABA accredited law school are required.

The yearly salary range for this position is $175,000–$245,000. Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
