Polsinelli is seeking a highly qualified and motivated mid-level associate for our Trademark/Copyright/Branding Practice Group in Chicago, Kansas City, St. Louis, New York or Washington, DC office. Interested candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, solid law firm experience and superb writing and communication skills.Ideal candidates will possess at least two to five years of legal experience in U.S. trademark clearance, prosecution, portfolio management, and TTAB work, copyright counseling, and trademark-specific litigation experience. Some international prosecution experience and licensing and acquisition agreement experience is preferred.

Compensation: Salary will range between $220,000-$390,000 annually, depending on experience. A discretionary bonus may also be available based on performance.
