Haynes Boone seeks a motivated associate with 4-7 years of trademark experience representing large brand owners to join our dynamic trademark and advertising team. Why Haynes Boone? If appropriate, the firm is open to having the top candidate sit in the Charlotte, Orange County, or San Francisco office.

Prior experience in a large law firm setting is preferred. Candidates must have strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills. Candidates must enjoy working with others in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. References and writing samples are required. The expected salary range for this position is $310,00-$420,000, depending on experience.
