Global trade is a vital engine of the world economy, enabling companies to move goods, manage risk, and access liquidity across borders. At JPMorganChase, our Trade and Working Capital business is fast-growing, supporting corporate clients in a rapidly changing economic and supply chain environment. In this role, you will work side-by-side with business partners to structure, document, and negotiate solutions that support client liquidity and risk management needs. You will collaborate with stakeholders across credit, risk, and compliance to deliver clear, practical legal guidance. If you enjoy a fast-paced, deal-driven practice with real ownership and client impact, you will thrive on this team.

As an Assistant General Counsel / Vice President in Trade and Working Capital Legal, you will own primary legal coverage for receivables purchase programs established with corporate clients, alongside a broader portfolio of trade and working capital products. You will help teams structure and negotiate transactions end-to-end, turning complex legal issues into clear guidance and practical solutions. You will work side-by-side with trade professionals and partners across credit, risk, and compliance to move matters forward efficiently and thoughtfully. You will also support product development and evolving regulatory and policy considerations, including the digitization of traditional trade products.
