Job Description:Sidley's Washington, DC office is seeking mid-level to senior associates to join our international trade practice in Washington, DC. The team represents companies across industries, including consumer products, technology, energy, pharmaceuticals, aerospace, defense and manufacturing. Candidates should have at least 4 years of experience counseling clients in economic sanctions and export controls, and in support of transactions before the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS). Must be a self-starter who possesses the ability to work independently and as part of the team. Strong analytical abilities, and proven research and writing skills required. Candidates must be admitted or eligible to seek prompt admission to the District of Columbia Bar.
Salaries vary by location and are based on numerous factors, including, but not limited to, the relevant market, skills, experience, and education of the selected candidate. The target salary range for this role is below. Our compensation package also includes bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits program.
Target Salary Range: In Washington, DC, the estimated target salary range for this role is $310,000 - $445,000.
