LGP is seeking an attorney who satisfies the following criteria:

Licensed and in good standing in Texas, Florida, or both
At least 5 years of litigation experience
Experience handling commercial and/or consumer collections or replevins
Experience managing a high-volume docket
Ability to manage matters independently from assignment through resolution
Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and case-management skills
Experience drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement documents
Comfortable attending hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials
Able to communicate effectively with institutional clients and provide timely status reports
Familiarity with creditors' rights, replevin, post-judgment remedies, bankruptcy, or consumer-finance litigation is preferred
Knowledge of the FDCPA, FCRA, TCPA, or TILA is a plus
Organized, responsive, accountable, and comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment
