Description:
We are seeking an associate with a minimum of 6 to 8 years of relevant experience to join our Technology Transactions (https://foleyhoag.com/industries-practices/licensing-strategic-transactions/technology-transactions/) & Licensing (https://foleyhoag.com/industries-practices/licensing-strategic-transactions/). This position will be based out of our Boston, New York, Denver, or Washington, D.C. office. The ideal candidate will have meaningful technology transactions and licensing experience and will be able to independently manage client matters, handle commercial and technology agreements with minimal supervision, support more sophisticated licensing and strategic transactions, and help train junior attorneys. Class of 2018, 2019, or 2020 candidates are preferred, though we welcome applicants with other levels of experience who are a strong fit.Compensation range is $370,000 to $415,000 commensurate with related experience and qualification. The salary of the candidate selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to internal equity, experience, specialty, and training. The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the firm's reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
