Job Description:The New York office of Sidley Austin LLP is seeking a staff attorney to join its Tax practice, with a focus on structured notes and similar structured products. A tax LLM degree or big four tax experience is a plus. Candidates must be admitted to practice in New York (or eligible to seek admission). Target Salary Range: $130,000 - $160,000.
